Sport, health and exercises are very important in a life of a human. Sport and exercises gives you healthy body. If there’s no sport or exercises, there’s no health. All of them are important to each other. No exercises - no sport, no sport - no health. There are many sports to try. It’s never late to start doing exercises/sport. The most helpful to health sports are: Football, basketball, tennis and running with jumping.
