Что бы точно ответить на данный вопрос, нам нужно знать в каком регионе вы проживаете.

Объяснение:

В нашем регионе нет поблизости крупных водоемов ,от которых могут быть наводнения. Наша страна является "сердцем" Евразии, она находится в середине материка, поэтому у нас практически не бывает наводнений. Может быть бывают около Каспийского моря, но не могу с точностью сказать.
