My typical weekday starts with waking up at 7 a.m. and getting ready for school. I have breakfast with my family and then catch the bus at 7:45 a.m. I usually listen to music or read a book on the bus. I arrive at school at 8:15 a.m. and meet my friends before the first class.
My school day consists of six classes, each lasting 45 minutes. I have different subjects every day, but I always have math, English, and Ukrainian. I like math and English the most, because they are interesting and challenging. I also enjoy art and music, where I can express my creativity. I don't like history and geography, because they are boring and full of dates and names.
I have a 15-minute break after every class, and a 30-minute lunch break at 12:30 p.m. I usually eat a sandwich or a salad, and drink some juice or water. Sometimes I buy a snack from the vending machine or the cafeteria. I chat with my friends or play games during the breaks.
My school day ends at 2:45 p.m. and I take the bus home. I arrive home at 3:15 p.m. and have a snack. Then I do my homework, which usually takes me about two hours. I try to finish it as soon as possible, so I can have some free time.
In the evening, I have dinner with my family and watch some TV or play video games. I also call or text my friends and check social media. I sometimes read a book or listen to music before going to bed. I go to sleep at 10 p.m. and get ready for the next day.
This is my typical weekday. I think it is similar to the daily routine of most of my classmates, except for some minor differences. For example, some of them have different hobbies or extracurricular activities, such as sports, dance, or music. Some of them also have different schedules or preferences, such as waking up earlier or later, or liking different subjects or foods. But overall, I think we have a lot in common.
