The goals of continuing professional education are to develop independence, purposefulness and responsibility among students, to strengthen the ability to adapt to the transformations taking place in the economy, the culture of society as a whole, as well as in professional life. Training forms such personal qualities of a person as self-discipline, good breeding.

Now without education you can work where the pay is low.
