Last night I watched an interesting programme on TV. It was a discussion about the environment. They talked about how a lot of the effects of global warming are invisible. Because of that, people don't take it seriously. For example, people are still buying petrol cars although we know that pollution is a big problem. They said that there are many arguments for reducing the number of cars, but very little changes. One of the presenters even said it was impossible to stop climate change which was a bit disappointing.
