How was your summer? I've just come back from my summer holiday. I spent two weeks in Australia with some friends. I had an amazing time. I went sightseeing every day and I learnt many interesting facts. You know, Australia is the only **continent** in the world that is also a country. Cool, huh? I didn't stay in Canberra, the **capital** of Australia. I stayed in Sydney. It's on the east **coast** of the country. Sydney has a **population** of over four million! Australia's official **language** is English, so I didn't have a problem communicating. There are many and fun things to do. Last week, my friends and I went hiking and mountain biking with a **group** of other tourists and a tour guide. We explored the Great Dividing Range, the biggest **mountain** range in the country. Its highest mountain is Mount Kosciuszko, and it is over 2200 metres above sea level. I also saw a koala. It's a very friendly and **germ-free** animal! My holiday in Australia was a great experience and I can't wait to go again! So, what did you do during your holiday?
