A Do I like doing exercise? Absolutely! Exercise makes me feel energized, stronger, and overall more healthy. It's an important part of my weekly routine and I'd encourage everyone to make it a priority. As far as what I do to stay fit, I usually alternate between cardio and strength training. I also make sure to mix in some stretching and yoga. Exercise can have amazing benefits for physical health. It not only strengthens muscles and burns calories, but it can also have positive effects on mental health. It can be a great way to manage stress, improve mood and sleep, and even enhance cognitive performance. I think people who never do exercise miss out on all of these benefits, but I also understand that not everyone has the same access or means of exercise.

As for trying new sports in the future, I would love to try sailing or rock climbing. There's just something so exhilarating and freeing about those activities that make them really appealing to me.

B Yes, I do think everybody should practise sports. Exercise helps keep our bodies and minds strong, and it can be especially beneficial for releasing daily stress. Plus, it's more enjoyable to move around than to be sedentary. I've been to the gym several times, and I like to jog outdoors at least once a week. Jogging is great for clearing the mind and for giving me a few moments of peace and relaxation.

I don't watch sports events all that often due to lack of time, but I do enjoy watching the Olympics occasionally. As far as the most popular sports in our country, it's hard to pinpoint one specific option, but they usually include football, basketball, and running.
