Taking a deep breath, I go outside to jog in the park, feeling the cool air on my face. Arriving home, I sit down to meditate, clearing my mind of any distractions. Then, to satisfy my hunger, I decide to make some breakfast, cracking eggs into a bowl and whisking them with a fork. Adding salt and pepper, I fry them in a pan until they are golden brown. Finally, to relax after my morning routine, I curl up on the couch to read a book or watch a movie, allowing my mind to wander and my body to rest.
