в первом варианте действие кто то выполняет за нас, во втором в некоторых пассивный залог т.е.
(пример- g) машина не обслуживалась уже очень долго- нам не обслуживали машину уже очень долго) акцент именно на перестройку предложения, а так смысл такой же (надеюсь понятно:)
