Peter gets up at 7 o'clock. He has a quick breakfast, usually cereal with milk and a cup of coffee. Then he brushes his teeth and takes a shower. He gets dressed and leaves for work at around 8:30 am.

Peter works from 9 am to 5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break at noon. After work, he goes to the gym three times a week, where he does weightlifting and cardio exercises. On the other days, he usually goes for a walk or jog in the park.

In the evening, Peter prepares his dinner and watches some TV or reads a book. He goes to bed at around 11 pm, as he needs to get enough sleep to be productive at work.
