*Present Perfect Continuous - действие, которое началось в прошлом и длится до сих пор. 
Я не очень давно изучаю инженерное дело, но оно мне уже нравится.
2. Have you ever heard of an energy storage tower before yesterday's conference?
*Вопрос об опыте (ever) -> Present Perfect
3 Jon's dad doesn't work for an energy storage company. He's a Physics teacher.
*Present Simple. Обычный факт из жизни.
4 Sue had a headache because she had been looking at her computer screen all day.
*Past Perfect Continuous -> действие, которое длилось в течение какого-то периода времени в прошлом и завершилось с определенным результатом.( У Сью заболела голова, потому что она весь день смотрела на экран своего компьютера.)
5 What were you doing yesterday at 5 p.m​.?
*Past Continuous, т.к есть точное указание времени в прошлом.
