Тем раньше она появляется в вечернем небе и исчезает в утреннем. И в эти минуты разве что бывалый звездочет способен узнать ее, по тому месту, где она должна появиться...

Ответ: Чем ближе звезда, тем больше её годичный параллакс и тем больше её годичное угловое смещение на небесной сфере, обусловленное её тангенциальной скоростью, т.е. скоростью, перпендикулярной лучу зрения.
