They have the same frets, they don't differ among different types of guitars. However there are some differences. First of all, these guitars use different strings. The classical one uses nylon strings that feel softer and are popular among novice and amateur musicians, the electric guitar uses metal strings as this is the only type that works with humbuckers and single guitar pickup that rely on metal fluctuations. Nylon strings can not be used with the electric guitar. Also they have different body, the electric guitar looks more curved, but it does not add up to the sound it produces.
