There are similar main characters in the two variants: Little Red Riding Hood, her Grandma and the Wolf. And the beginning of the story sounds alike. Red Riding Hood had to bring the backet with wonderful food to her Granny.

I like the classical fairy tale but the Wolf's story has also make sense. In the new variant of the story we can try to understand the Wolf's point of view. Human beings are part of the nature. So why do we consider the Wolf as a criminal and humans as not? Human beings also eat eggs and bacon, turkey and beef.

I think we can accept the Wolf's explanation. Animals have rights and they need our protection.
