1. She's writing to Dr Kelly in the hope that he can help her. Her name is Diana and she's 16 y. o. Her problem is that she hates the way she looks.

2. When Diana was younger she was happy and didn't worry so much about her appearance. She always had lots of friends and had fun. Now she rarely feels like going out as she has no confidence. When Diana looks in the mirror she can only see her faults and she thinks that other people will see her like that too.

3. Also, Diana is really dissatisfied with her weight. What can she do? Maybe it would be a good idea to have a cosmetic surgery.

4. Diana would really appreciate it if Dr Kelly could help her. Diana looks forward to her reply.
