а = 12см - 1-я сторона параллелограмма

в = 12см + 3см = 15см - 2-я сторона параллелограмма

Р = 2(а + в) = 2(12 + 15) = 2· 27 = 54(см)

Ответ: периметр параллелограмма равен 54см
