For example, salmon shish kebab or turkey stew. Salad (fresh vegetables only!) With vegetable (olive) oil. Garnish with a maximum of four tablespoons. It is preferable to abandon it altogether, replacing it with a larger portion of salad. Or stewed vegetables.
