Today there are many professions in the world. And each is necessary, useful and important.
I have decided on my future profession. I want to become a doctor and with great dedication help people cope with diseases, give care and understanding, save lives.
I have dreamed of becoming a doctor since childhood. I loved playing "hospital" and "treating" girlfriends, parents and even toys.
One of the reasons I chose this profession is my aunt's specialty. She has been working as a pediatrician at the district hospital for many years. Very often she goes on calls, sometimes even at night. But despite this, my aunt loves her job very much, loves to help children and their parents. I always liked to listen to stories related to her profession.
A doctor is one of the most ancient professions. It has its roots in the prehistoric period to primitive people. The excavations carried out prove that already at that time doctors were able to treat fractures and even carried out successful surgical interventions. A doctor is a very noble and humane profession. It requires the ability to empathize with the patient, treat him with love, take his suffering to heart, not to be indifferent.
Every doctor should be responsible and attentive, have excellent knowledge of medicine, use them competently, understand diseases well, understand their causes and prescribe the right treatment. Hard work and curiosity are very important for this profession. The doctor must constantly expand his knowledge in order to prescribe modern methods of treatment to patients. There should always be dedication and love for your work, a willingness to work for the benefit of others.
This profession can be called heroic. Doctors are brave and selfless people. They have a firm and unshakable character. Every day, no matter what, they help the sick, alleviate their suffering, save lives, often risking their own. Doctors do their duty to people. The difficulties of this profession include great willpower, efficiency, responsibility for the patient's life, the ability to make decisions quickly in critical situations and not give up. A lot of time, effort, and painstaking training for a doctor requires. The work schedule may seem very inconvenient for some. Not every person is able to accept and withstand all this. A sincere desire to help people is not everyone's destiny. A doctor is not just a profession, but a vocation.
I am not scared or stopped by the difficulties of this profession. I am very interested in medicine. I have set a goal for myself and I am doing everything to achieve it. I study chemistry and biology diligently at school, at home and with a tutor. I am ready to work hard and improve my knowledge in order to achieve my goals and become an excellent doctor in the future.
