1) Весь сахар примем за единицу (целое).

1 - 3/4 = 4/4 - 3/4 = 1/4 - оставшаяся часть сахара;

2) Процент - это сотая часть числа.

1/4 = 25/100 = 0,25 = 25% - столько процентов сахара осталось.

Или так: 1/4 от 100% = 100% : 4 = 25%.

Ответ: 25% сахара осталось.
