23. I went to the library and gave it to the librarian, who was looking very worried.
24. Uncle Albert had borrowed the book in 1923 and according to their records there was a 4000 as a fine!
25. That was the same amount my uncle had left me!
26. Fortunately, they said the huge fine would be canceled now that I had returned the book to its owner. I felt so relieved.
