3) Sometimes people take a taxi because they don't have personal car, or don't have enough time to wait for public transport

4) Yes, i do, i feel very safe

5) Nowadays, people mostly use bikes or public transport because it's better for environment, bikes don't use petrol at all, public transport uses petrol, but not that much as cars, because public transport used by a lot of people.
