ну да
в задании указано Past Perfect, а не Present Perfect
так что будет hadn't
А сорри, я даже не заметил подумал resent Perfect

Положительная: Bon has just entered the shop.
Отрицательная: Bon hadn't just entered the shop.

ТЫ просто к has, добавляешь not, получается had not, hadn't сокращенная форма had not.
