In XXI century healthy lifestyle is getting more and more popular. People are keen on proper diets and sports. But is it good for us?
On the one hand, many activities and healthy food are good for our body. After many years of sports trainings people will be stronger and faster. Moreover, sometimes people are going to be professional sportsmen, so healthy lifestyle is important for them
On the other hand, people can hurt or even break their legs, hands or other parts of body. They will become disabled people for the rest of their lives. Some activities are dangerous, but it doesn’t stop sportsmen.
So, I can say, that healthy lifestyle has many positive and negative sides. But in my opinion, sports and proper diets are important for people!
