при таком масштабе в каждом см карты содержится 50000см местности или 500 м. значит ширина участка 2*500=1000 м а длина участка 3*500м = 1500м значит площадь равна 1000*1500=1500000 м² = 1.5 кв. км

15000000000см.кв.=1500000 кв.м.=1.5 км.кв.
