I've just read the dialogue between Mr Shiao and the reporter. at 4 o'clock Mr. Shiao was driving home in a taxi. suddenly something flew down from the sky and hit Mr. Shiao's car. it was a huge turtle. Mr Shiao thought that this turtle was crawling on the balcony of the block of flats and fell onto the car. fortunately, the turtle was fine, but the taxi car was seriously damaged. Mr Shiao was shocked and surprised.
