France is the largest country in Western Europe. Its population is about 66 million people. They speak French.

The capital of France is Paris. It is a large beautiful city which is famous for its Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. Besides Paris there are other large cities: Marseille , Lyon, Toulouse and others.

France is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Foreigners are attracted by its natural beauty and the amazing climate.

French people love to cook and love their food.

And they are proud of their rich history and culture.
