I learned that IEC (International Electrotechnical Comission) is an international organization which provides standarts for any electronic technology and make them legitimate in all countries. This non-governmental organization is founded in 1906 year and in 1936 it developed and structurized a cpecial vocabulary with specific terminology which is related to electronical industry. Nowdays 82 countries around the world have approved these standarts and they have a membership in IEC. The official languages within the company are English and French.
