All emergency numbers can be called free. In 2012, the main five emergency services moved from having different telephone numbers to one common number, 112. The old numbers for fire (01), police (02), ambulance (03), gas (04) and anti-terror (05) are still active, but it is planned to phase all calls over to the new number.
 My parents used these nambers  when they need help of emergency services.
