А полезная = m * g * h 

m - масса ( 120 кг )
g - ускорение свободного падения ( 10 Н / кг )
h - высота ( 20 м )

А п = 120 * 10 * 20 = 24000 Дж

А затраченная = F * S 

F - сила ( 1,3 кН = 1300 Н )
S = h = 20 м 

А з = 1300 * 20 = 26000 Дж 

η =  \frac{24000}{26000} = 0,923 * 100 = 92,3 %
