привет) смотри все просто, в первой задаче:
P=100
Основание(АС)=48
решение:
1)Найдем боковые стороны по формуле P=a+2b
100=48+2b
2b=52
b=26 Это боковая сторона 
2)найдем площадь по формуле Герона S=√p(p-a)(p-b)(p-c)
p-это полу периметр то есть сумма всех сторон деленное на 2
p=50
S=√50(50-48)(50-26)(50-26)=√57600=240cm²
