Под номером 1:в первом- однородные, во втором- простые в составе сложного, под номером 2: в первом- однородные члены(ЗАИГРАЛ, а не ЗАИГРАЛА), во втором- простые предложения в составе сложного.
Запятая ставиться на границе простых предложений в составе сложного(в данном случае перед союзом И) Как понять какие предложения сложные?Надо определить грамматические основы:под 1: сверкнула звездочка, и замелькали, под 2: луч солнца выглянул, и макушка сосны заискрилась.
