1) 7*12 = 84 этажа в первых 7-ми подъездах
2) 468:84=5 4/7 ≈5 квартир на этаже, поскольку число квартир целое, а №468 в 8-ом подъезде, округляем в меньшую сторону
3) 5*84= 420 квартир в первых 7-ми подъездах
4) 468 - 420 = 48 квартир в подъезде Саши надо подняться
5) 48:5 =9, 6 ≈10 этаж у Саши (поскольку получается 9,6 количество этажей целое, округляем в большую сторону)

Ответ на 10 этаже живет Саша
