я провожу очень мало времени в своей комнате, потому что у меня с понедельника по пятницу хожу на дополнительные занятия, которые длятся до самого вечера.
Также по выходным я люблю гулять со своими друзьями и по вечерам после прогулки я предпочитаю слушать в одиночестве музыку.

I don't spend much time in my room because from Monday till Friday I go to additional (background) studies that last until late at the evening.
Also on week ends I like walking with my friends and in the evening after my walking I prefer listen to the music alone

eugeke: в этом случае используется until, что переводится как до позднего вечера, а in the evening - вечером

I spend donot more time in my rom,because i have extra classesto a monday to friday which last until the evening.
