1.Пьеса была написана в 1860 году в период общественного подъема .( нужна запятая между ... году , в период?)
2.После признания в супружеской измене Катерина уже не может жить по-прежнему вместе с мужем.(запятая перед Катерина?)
3.Варвара, которой так и не удалось приспособиться к тирании матери сбегает с кудряшом .( перед сбегает с кудряшом )

В 1 предложении запятая после году (однородные члены предложения)
Во 2, правильно, перед Катерина, сложное предложение
В 3, перед сбегает, сложноподчинённое предложение,которое находиться всередине, выделяеться с обеих сторон запятами.
