You shoud listen to foreing speech a lot, red a lot, write and of course speak a foreign language. You will only succeed if you do all of this four things regularly.
2. I can only speak English now, but I like learning languages and I hope that in future I will be able to speak at least one more foreign language.
3 I think the most difficult language is Chinese. It has a lot of hieroglyphs, which are difficult to remember and its pronunciation is also hard.
