может ли относится личное местоимение в косвенном падеже к прилагательному?

я думаю, что может , только тогда оно( прилагательное) будет - притяжательное

Меня, нарядную, стали фотографировать первой.
Его, болтливого, посадили на заднюю парту.
 
В этих предложениях прилагательные (нарядную и болтливого) относятся к личным местоимениям. Но в таком случае их обосабливают запятыми - получается обособленное определение.
