Это дроби , у которых в знаменателе единица с нулями:
1/10,7/100,3/1000,13/10000
У них есть особая запись- без знаменателя
Он читается, но не пишется
Десятичная дробь состоит из целой части и дробной части.целая часть от дробной отделяется запятой.:0,1. 12,34. 567,008
