Режим дня — это распорядок всех дел и действий, которые тебе нужно совершить в течение дня. Также ,режим дня нужно соблюдать для положительного влияния к здоровью человека.Пожалуйста!!:)

Режим дня нужно соблюдать для того чтобы приучаться к порядку,ниже пример режима дня. 06:00 - подъем
06:05 - утренняя зарядка
06:40 - уход за гигиеной
07:00 - завтрак
07:30 - приведение себя в порядок
07:35 - выдвижение на работу
08:00-12:00 - работа
12:00-13:00 - обед
13:00-17:00 - работа
17:40- прибытие домой, уход за гигиеной
18:00 - просмотр телепередач
19:00 - ужин
19:20 - дуракаваляние
20:00 - подготовка к завтрашнему дню
20:30 - отдых, чтение книг
22:30 - вечерний душ
23:00 - отбой. Вот такой режим дня
