2. Ворча и оглядываясь, Каштанка вошла в комнату.
3. Пастух шел, напевая, за стадом жадных и пугливых овец. 
4. Несмотря на ненастье, путники двинулись дальше в горы.

1. "Дробясь о мрачные скалы" - деепричастный оборот, деепричастие - дробясь, поэтому обособляется запятыми. Весь оборот подчеркиваешь, как обстоятельство (точка тире). От сказуемого "шумят и пенятся" ставишь стрелкой к деепричастному обороту вопрос "как?"
2. "Ворча и оглядываясь" - деепричастный оборот. От сказуемого "вошла" ставишь вопрос.
3. "Напевая". От сказуемого "шел" ставишь вопрос.
4. "Несмотря на ненастье". От сказуемого "двинулись" ставишь вопрос.

Во всех предложения рассуждай как в первом.
