You can't hang laundry outside

Residents of new houses in the town of Beverly had to sign an agreement according to which they were prohibited from hanging their washed laundry on the street.

Agreements prohibiting you from drying clothes in your yard are quite common. But residents of Westwood Park are also prohibited from drying clothes on balconies, on roof terraces, in a park to which residents of the entire building have access, and even - potentially - in their own garden.
