Healthy Way of Life

Every person should take care of his health and strengthen it, because it is better to avoid diseases than to treat them.
Regular physical exercises not only strengthen health, but considerably increase ability to work. Everyday morning exercises and two or three visits to the gym every week will help you to raise your spirits, make you ready to work and enjoy your life.
For effective work, which won’t do any harm to your health, you should rationally alternate your working time with rest. You should rest twice more time than you work. So if you work 8 hours a day, you should rest 16 hours.
In order to be healthy you should pay attention to how and what you eat. Do not overeat. Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Eat at the same time every day. Do not eat before sleep. If you have problems with health keep to the diet which is suitable for you.
Get rid of bad habits such as smoking and alcohol abuse. It will save not only save your health but your money as well.
Hardening should be also mentioned as one of the ways to strengthen your health. Hardening by air, water and sun will make you stronger both physically and spiritually.
Everyone should understand that taking care of health will let you live a full and happy life. A sound mind in a sound body!
