sour cream - 180 g;
baking powder - 1.5 teaspoons;
butter - 100 g;
cherry - 300-400 g;
starch - 1 tbsp. L.;
salt - a pinch.
Preparation
Thaw the berries, drain the juice, mix the starch with the cherries. Beat eggs with sugar, add previously melted butter, sour cream, salt, sifted flour with baking powder and mix. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Line the bottom of a removable form with parchment. Pour the well-mixed dough into the mold, spread it evenly, spread the cherry on top of the dough and press it lightly into the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, check readiness with a wooden skewer. Cool the cake in the form, then take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
