Yes, in some ways it is true, but let me say why it can’t be a poem. Picture contains colors, nature or everything that you can imagine. But it is not a poem if you don’t see words on the picture, well I can be wrong if the picture has some hints on it. We can’t really tell anything about the picture if we don’t have it.
