2 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (optional)

Instructions:

Wash and prepare the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the bell peppers and carrots into thin strips, and remove the strings from snap peas.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the prepared vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry them for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. You can cover the skillet occasionally to help steam the vegetables and cook them evenly.

Once the vegetables are cooked to your liking, add soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly with the sauces.
