Вопрос, который волновал всех: за кого она выйдет замуж? Но она так и не вышла замуж, хотя у нее было несколько избранников. Один из них – Уолтер Рэли. Говорят, они встретились в дождливый вечер в театре Глобус в Лондоне.
Когда королева увидела большую лужу, она захотела выйти из кареты. Уолтер Рэли, новый лицо при дворе, сразу понял, в чем дело. Он быстро снял свой дорогой плащ и бросил его в лужу. Королева улыбнулась и разрешила ему стать ей на службу.
