Пусть в ∆ АВС проведена высота ВН, тогда по условию

АВ + ВН + НА = 24 и

ВС + СН + НВ = 30.

Сложим посленно данные равенства:

АВ + ВН + НА + ВС + СН + НВ = 24 + 30

(АВ + ВС + СН + НА) + 2 • ВН = 54

Р ∆АВС + 2•ВН = 54

2 • ВН = 54 - 36

2 • ВН = 18

ВН = 18 : 2 = 9
