2. When I don't get enough sleep, I feel fatigued and find it challenging to focus on tasks. Simple things become more difficult, and my overall mood tends to be less positive.

3. Occasionally, I use my mobile late at night for reading or checking messages. However, I try to minimize screen time before bedtime as excessive gadget use can indeed interfere with sleep quality.

4. I am most alert in the morning; I would say I lean more towards being a "lark." Early hours allow me to concentrate better and be more productive. However, I can adapt to different schedules when needed.
