Ответ:hi my dear friend, f I remember correct e was asking about my lifestyle, so I am writing this letter for you because we can’t meet now. So the main think is to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner because your body needs energy and it gets from food you eat, also you need it more healthy food and don’t eat fast food too much, I am not telling you that I don’t it fast food at all but you must understand that it’s not healthy. I don’t like sport,and I am not attending gym but in whole day I walk pretty much, I guess because of that I am fit. My friend to be healthy and fit not hard, just don’t it tou much fastfood and sweets and don’t forget to sometimes go outside to walk and to breath fresh air, I hope I helped you with my advices
