2-3 large eggs

2 tablespoons of milk

Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork or whisk until the yolks and whites are well combined.
Add a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper to the beaten eggs. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter or cooking oil. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan evenly.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Let them cook undisturbed for a minute or so until the edges start to set.
If you're using any fillings, sprinkle them evenly over one half of the omelet.
Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the fillings using a spatula, creating a half-moon shape.
