The Pavement Picasso
Ask anyone who has had the chance to see Julian Beever’s art and they’ll all say the same thing: You won’t believe your eyes. Julian has been doing his chalk drawings on pavements since the mid-1990s and he (1) the form of art very quickly. These drawings create the illusion of being three-dimensional when they are viewed from the right angle.
